Tina Marie (Whittenberger) Adkins

Tina Marie Adkins, 55, of Mexico, IN, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Tina was born on May 26, 1969, in Peru, IN, to Donald E. and Cheryl (Conklin) Whittenberger.

Tina was an office manager at Vickery Tape & Label Co. in Peru for nearly 40 years. Tina was known to be fun and spontaneous, she enjoyed going to concerts, and spending time with her family and friends. She loved to figure out how things worked, and she was very creative. Tina would always greet you at the door with her infectious smile and personality. She made many friends and memories throughout her life, and she will be missed by many.

Tina is survived by her son; Travis Adkins, mother; Cheryl Whittenberger, and her golden retriever “Piper.”

Tina is preceded in death by her father; Donald Whittenberger.

A casual Celebration of Life will be held to celebrate the lives of Donald "Gene" Whittenberger and Tina Marie Adkins on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Riverview Event Center, 421 W. Canal St., Peru.
