Ronald Clayton Jones

Ronald C. Jones, 63, of Peru, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne. He was born February 18, 1956 in Peru, to the late Clay and Alberta (Boyer) Jones.

Ron was a 1975 graduate of North Miami High School and later attended Ivy Tech and studied Automotive Technology. Ron really enjoyed going fishing, Nascar, music and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife; Sandy Jones, beloved dog; “Sugar”, three daughters; Kim (Jeff) Jones-Roberts, Peru, Julie Jones, Peru and Alicia Jones, Warsaw, grandchildren; Cheyenne Jones and Jacquelin Cook, great grandson; Lukas Brousseau, three brothers and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service celebrating the life of Ron will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 1pm with Pastor Bill Sheets officiating. Visitation will be held from 11am until the time of service at 1pm. The guestbook can be signed online at www.riverviewfhperu.com
