Phyllis D. Hand

Phyllis D. Hand, 93, of Peru passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at home.

Born on July 18, 1928 in Sante Fe, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Bessie (Hahn) Constable.

On July 19, 1945 she married William Edward Hand, he survives.

She was a homemaker and had also worked in the office at the Kick-A-Poo gravel pit. Phyllis also formerly worked for Sengers Dry Goods Co. in Peru for many years.

Survivors include her husband, William “Bill” Hand and children, Tana Bondar, Pam Sampson, Lynn Morris and Becky Martin.  She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Services are private.

Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
