Nancy Kay Dillman

Mrs. Nancy Kay Dillman, 68, of Gallatin, TN, passed away on May 16, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 30, 1955, in Wabash, IN to the late Edward and Opal McColley. Nancy grew up in Roann, IN where she graduated Northfield High School in 1973. She met her husband, Tim Dillman, the love of her life, and they were married in 1977.  They welcomed their wonderful daughter, Emily, who completed their family in 1991.  In 1998, they moved to Tennessee, and called Gallatin their home.

To know Nancy, was to love her.  She loved everyone she met.  Every time you saw Nancy, you would see her faithful companion, Jewel, until Jewel’s passing; then her new love was, Pebbles. Nancy enjoyed serving God, attending her Women’s Bible Study, camping, housekeeping, decorating, and cooking.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, being the best mother and wife to Tim (she must have been a Saint to put up with Tim Dillman for 45 years.)

Nancy is survived by her husband of 45 years, Tim Dillman; daughter, Emily Faye Dillman; siblings, Ronald (Jennifer) McColley, Carol (Tim) Kersey, Connie (Bud) Winters; her dear mother-in-law which she loved as her own mother, Sharon Dillman; and a host of extended family members.

Visitation will be held at Riverview Funeral Home, 421 W. Canal St., Peru, on Monday, June 19, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Memorial service will begin at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Warrell Law officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
