Jeffrey "Jeff" Wayne Patrick

Jeffrey Wayne Patrick, 45, of Peru passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Duke’s Memorial Hospital. He was born April 1, 1977 in Bardstown, KY to Granvil and Nellie (Culver) Patrick. He was united in marriage to Courtney Hoover August 19, 2017. She survives of the home in Peru. Jeff enjoyed playing darts and pool, watching football and Star Wars and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Granvil Patrick and brother, Dale Culver.

Jeff leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Courtney, daughters Dezarae and Olivia Patrick, brothers, Granvil “Bubba” Patrick and Clayton Patrick; sisters: Susan Stark, Sherry Heitger, Loretta (Sissy) Parker and Linda Cavanaugh and a host of many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to assist with funeral costs.
