Carol L. (Burnett) Carpenter

Carol L. Carpenter, 43, of Peru passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne.

Born on February 3, 1979 in Peru, she was the daughter of Lester and Peggy (Boyd) Burnett.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, William Carpenter of Peru, children, Liliann Burnett, Alyssa Bell, Eli Carpenter, Bryce Carpenter, Christian Carpenter, and Noah Carpenter,  parents, Lester and Peggy Burnett, sister, Kimberly Starkey (Mike), brother, Leon Burnett, and sisters, Julie Burnett and Leslie Clauser (Phillip).  She is also survived by 1 grandchild and 1 on the way and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering in memory of Carol will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at The Old Firehouse, 12 N. Miami St., Peru.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Riverview Funeral Home.
