Bobby Sumpter

Bobby Sumpter, 78, of Peru, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Kindred Hospital in Indianapolis. Bobby was born on June 24, 1946, in Muncie, to the late Robert and Rose (Copeland) Sumpter.

Bobby married the love of his life Mary (Brown) Sumpter who survives. They just celebrated over 45 years of marriage together.

Bobby and Mary owned and operated a RV service center in Florida for over 12 years. In his free time, Bobby enjoyed hunting and fishing, and spending time outdoors. He was known to keep an impeccable yard, and he also enjoyed woodworking.

Surviving Bobby include his wife Mary, and a daughter; Lisa Darlene Chandler.

Bobby was preceded in death by a brother; Phillip Sumpter.
