Arlena Kay Carter

Arlena Kay Carter, 65, of Peru passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Aperion Care of Peru.

Born on August 4, 1954 in Peru, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Ellen (Wilkinson) Carter, Sr.

She was a caretaker and homemaker.

Arlena was affiliated with the Nazarene Church and she enjoyed listening to Crystal Gayle and other country music, singing, babysitting, taking care of her mother, playing bingo, and just hanging out with her family and friends.

Survivors include her siblings, Paul Carter, Jr. (Roxanna) of Peru, Aldyth Biddle (Michael) of Onward and Michael Carter, Sr. of Peru.  She is also survived by one niece and seven nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Riverview Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service starting at 10:00 a.m.  Pastor Kirk Johnson will officiate.

A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the Riverside Cemetery in Attica, Indiana.
