Alan "Dale" Culver

Alan “Dale” Culver, Sr., of Ft. Wayne passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at his daughters home.

He was born on June 20, 1963 in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Dale Graduated from Wabash High School  in 1981 ⁴and served in the Army National Guard.  [1]

He was formerly employed at Western Wheel. Dale enjoyed nature, site seeing, caring for animals, and working with his hands. He was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend.

Survivors include his children, Alan (Aj) Culver, Jr. of Huntington, Jennifer Culver of Peru and Amber Culver of Huntington, mother, Nellie (Culver) Patrick of Peru, brothers, Granvil Patrick, Jr. (Angie) of Kentucky, Jeffrey Patrick (Courtney) of Peru, and Clayton Patrick (Anita) of Peru, sisters, Sherry Heitger (Steve) of Columbia City, Linda Cavanaugh (Steve) of Huntington, Loretta Parker of Oklahoma and Susan Stark (Wade) of Peru and grandchildren, Taylen, Trayce, Dezmen, LaBreanna, Calvin, Quinton, Jannie Belle, Dawson and beloved dog Bella.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for service cost.
